2019 Rosé

The 2019 Dry Rosé is a blend of 2/3 Cabernet Franc and 1/3 Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir was hand picked on 10/4 at 20 Brix with a pH of 3.23. The Cabernet Franc was hand picked on 10/14 at 19 Brix with a pH of 3.3. The fruits were pressed gently in a pneumatic press in separate batches. The juice was float cleared and fermented in separate batches as well. The end result is a beautifully soft and fragrant dry rosé.

The nose is full of strawberry and cream with floral honeysuckle notes in the background. The palate is a medley of strawberries and peaches with a soft, creamy finish.
